She was a team leader from day one in her career thanks to her advanced management and problem-solving skills. With her natural kindness and great attention to others’ needs, Nina always makes people feel at home from the very first moments they are in contact with her, regardless of in-person, or virtual encounters. She loves traveling with her family and friends to the remote areas of Northern Vietnam. Lily used to dream of becoming an English teacher, but travel changed her mind and life. She worked as a tour guide when she was a third-year student in 2008, and ever since. She loves tourism as it allows her to communicate with people from every corner of the world, set foot in new places, and introduce the beauty of Viet Nam to others. Her experiences assist her tremendously when working as a travel consultant and operation staff, especially for adventure tours, homestay, trekking, and motorbike tours to the North East and North West of Vietnam. “Nice”, “cheerful”, “trustworthy”, and “feeling at ease” are the first words that even those who met her once would surely use to describe her.

Elena Nguyen was born in the beautiful countryside and lived in a three-generation family, which gave her extensive knowledge of Vietnam. She works at Voyage2Vietnam as a Contracting Supervisor. Although this is her first job, it feels like her second home because she loves her work and is deeply committed to the travel industry.
