Since graduating from a leading university in tourism in Hanoi in 2004, Nina has devoted her youth and energy to traveling and serving tourists (18 years and counting). She was a team leader from day one in her career thanks to her advanced management and problem-solving skills. With her natural kindness and great attention to others’ needs, Nina always makes people feel at home from the very first moments they are in contact with her, regardless of in-person, or virtual encounters. Accompanied by Lily, they opened a company that provides services in the most professional way.
